YBPC programs are focused on, but not limited to community, leadership, service and networking. YBPC and its members play a major role in the development of young minority males and females through extensive mentoring programs, workshops, seminars and professional development clinics.
Such workshops/seminars are geared towards improving communication skills (oral & written), leadership skills, professionalism and networking, amongst others. Related programs focus on the wellness (spiritual, mental, social, and physical, etc.) of young black professionals in the community.
